Innovative software system for audio recording analysis through artificial intelligence and machine learning

The project supports the development of Call QA - an innovative software platform for analyzing audio recordings in call center environments. The system uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to transcribe conversations, distinguish speakers, analyze sentiment and interaction patterns, identify trends, predict customer experience indicators and propose improvement actions for teams and processes.
